The Tek Innova relationship
Tek Innova USA operates a fiber construction, blowing, and splicing business serving U.S. carriers. That capability is why NexEdge’s interconnect narrative is credible: we do not buy middle-mile fiber from a third party and hope the routes are diverse. We build and splice the middle mile ourselves, to the paths and redundancy model our own architecture requires.
Tek Innova is not a NexEdge tenant and it is not a competitor to our tenants. It is a managed-services and fiber-construction capability that tenants can opt into, or ignore, as they like. Its presence is what makes NexEdge a platform rather than a real-estate lease.
Managed Inference with Business Observability (BoB)
Business Observability, or BoB, is Tek Innova’s productized service for instrumenting end-to-end operational journeys. Instead of monitoring servers or dashboards, BoB instruments the business outcome: the approval time of a loan, the latency of a fraud check, the drift in an inference model against a real revenue metric.

How to engage
A NexEdge tenant evaluating Managed Inference starts with a single 30-minute conversation. From there, Tek Innova will scope the workload, sign an MSA covering data handling and security, and stand up the environment in the NexEdge hall the tenant has leased. BoB is deployed on top.
